The Dahill Moving & Storage family is composed of some of the hardest working professionals in the industry, and each and every member of our team is committed to delivering the same brand of high-quality services we've been known for since 1928.
At heart, Dahill is a family business, so it's only natural to see President/COO John A. DiBattista and Manager of Information Systems/Director of Warehouse Operations Matthew J. DiBattista on the roster, working hard to keep the legacy that founder Salvatore DiBattista started some 80 years ago alive and well today. John and Matthew are the third generation of DiBattistas to guide Dahill.
But it's not only about family ties – the ability to perform and deliver the services that our clients need is the main force behind every personnel choice we make. Take Executive Senior President Carmine D'Agostino, whose 34 years of experience of building and maintaining a strong market presence in the industry have helped keep Dahill on top despite a highly competitive marketplace. Or Executive Vice President Bruce D. Keeler, who has been with our team since 1978 and has developed numerous programs to support our corporate goals and create lean yet effective operating conditions. These programs have resulted in the improved systems, employee relations and customer service that we boast of today.
This culture of excellence is consistent, and can be found all throughout our team. A prime example of this is Executive Assistant Cristina Lo Vetro, who joined us in 2002. As an experienced administrator, she does almost everything from answering phones all the way to maintaining organizational records and assisting in administrative functions in order to make sure that Dahill continues to function smoothly.
As our dispatchers, Angelo Bracco and Susan Ramos also embody the Dahill spirit. Angelo and Susan are tasked with two of the most critical jobs in keeping us up and running – the coordination of all moving operations. Angelo handles our local and intrastate operations, while Susan takes care of interstate moves and is our main contact point for all Mayflower Transit-related operations. Susan also focuses mainly on residential locations.
And when it comes to the move itself, the person on point is project director Pat Power. Patricia joined us in 1981, and currently has over 40 years of commercial relocation experience. She has worked on high-profile corporate accounts, and there is no area of expertise in commercial moving that she hasn't handled. Her main role is to interact with team members, project managers, customer representatives and other parties involved in a move to ensure that clients are getting the level of service expected from Dahill.
